Shipping has for many years focused on physical safety, but there are still challenges with psychological safety. The Danish Shipping’s Best Practice Guidelines provide insight into how psychological safety can be addressed throughout the company. DIS Salary statistics

Members of Danish Shipping and Danish Ferry Association must report salary data for their seafarers who serve on a ship registered in the Danish International Ship Register. The salary reports must be sent to the Danish Employers' Association.
