Future100 in Shipping

Future 100 in Shipping is an exclusive talent network for high-potential professionals across Danish Shipping’s member companies. Each member is nominated by company leadership as a future decision-maker.

"Future100 in Shipping" builds on the foundation of “Young Propellers’ Club”, established in 2013 by Danish Shipping and a sister network of the Shipowners’ Club, as a network for high-potential employees within shipping.

Who is it for?
Ambitious professionals aged approximately 25–40 from Danish Shipping's member companies.

Commercially and technically strong profiles with leadership potential – ranging from superintendents, asset managers, engineers, chartering managers, to decarbonisation specialists, all are welcome to be nominated as long as they're identified as talents by their leadership.

These talents are already delivering impact and are expected to carry greater responsibility in the years ahead.
