Maritime Leadership
Maritime Leadership equips both current and future leaders for the challenges of the future, with a focus on leadership both at sea and on land.
Based on a maritime understanding, the leadership program creates better leaders by providing them with new knowledge that can easily be applied in their everyday lives.
Some of the issues faced by leaders in shipping offices are exactly the same as those encountered on board ships. Therefore, from a leadership perspective, the challenges are the same regardless of whether you are in one place or the other.
The courses are conducted by a group of competent instructors, each with their own specialty and experiences, combining short theory presentations with group-based knowledge exchange. The participants' role as representatives/leaders of the shipping company will be the focus throughout the various topics.

In the evenings, participants have the opportunity to nurture their network through various social events.
