Actionplan for more women in shipping

Danish Shipping has developed an actionplan for more women in shipping. This plan aims to make it easier for shipping companies to engage in and continue the recruitment for female talent. The action plan serves as an inspirational tool but is also quite tangible as it assists the user in setting goals for their efforts and outlines some of the specific measures required for success. The plan provides an overview of activities that can be initiated in terms of recruitment and branding, as well as essential personnel policies for the inclusion of women in the company.

This action plan can be used by shipping companies that have already signed Danish Shipping's Charter for More Women in Shipping, as well as by companies considering supporting the charter.
