YOUR GUIDE TO A STRUCTURED SEA INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Kom med Ombord is an internship programme developed in collaboration with six of Danish Shipping’s member companies: A.P. Moller - Maersk, TORM, DFDS, Molslinjen, Cadeler, and ESVAGT.
As a participant, you are offered 12 months of effective sea time, typically divided between three different shipping companies. This gives you the opportunity to experience multiple segments of the maritime industry, such as deep-sea shipping, passenger transport, and offshore operations. The programme provides valuable hands-on experience and broad insight into the many career paths within the industry.
Participation requires that you meet the applicable employment and working conditions of the shipping companies you are assigned to.
